My name is Bradford Via, and I am thrilled to return full time as the Upper School History and Civics instructor and assistant Physical Education Instructor to Ms. Royer.
My past has been very vast as I hold an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Management from CVCC. I have also taught high school culinary arts programs and life after high school. I also have a technical teaching license through the University of Phoenix. I have been an active member of my daughter’s girl scout troops and my son’s cub scout troop. In my lifetime I have performed a wide variety of skills, yet decided that I wanted to work with the youth of America while I was volunteer coaching for the YMCA youth soccer program. Teaching has been a passion and I could not see myself doing anything else.
It is with pride that our classes engage in lessons of United States History and Government, Global and local economics and personal finance, and World Geography. We discover these lessons through assignments, discussions, videos, projects, and assessments. We also prepare a variety of dishes that cater to specific regions. We are going to have some FUN!!!
I am thrilled to be a part of this community that see that some people learn different, so we teach different. I look forward to serving this community then, now, and forever.
